• • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, devices, and credentials. Promptly notify us of suspected compromise.
• • Where required, you agree to provide accurate information and complete identity verification (KYC/AML) and ongoing checks.
• • We may limit, suspend, or close accounts to comply with law, manage risk, or protect users.

• • Applicable fees are displayed in-app before you confirm a transaction or enable a feature.
• • Fees and limits may vary by asset, region, payment method, and verification level.
• • You authorize us to deduct fees from your transaction amounts or balances as disclosed.

You agree not to:

• • Violate law, infringe rights, or facilitate illegal activity (including fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion).
• • Interfere with the Services, circumvent controls, scrape without permission, or introduce malware.
• • Misrepresent identity, provide false information, or use another person’s account.
• • Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or abusive trading practices.

The Services and content (including text, graphics, logos, UI components, and software) are protected by IP laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or permitted business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except as allowed by law.

We may provide links to third-party sites or integrate with service providers (e.g., data, payments, custody). Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

• • Digital assets are volatile and can lose value rapidly. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• • You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. None of the content is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
• • Availability of assets, liquidity, network conditions, and fees can affect execution, transfers, and timing.
• • Self-custody carries the risk of irreversible loss if credentials or seed phrases are lost or exposed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory (including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bitget Tradevests and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including where required to comply with law, manage risk, or protect users. You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity).

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of your primary operating jurisdiction (for example, Nigeria if you are a resident of Nigeria), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Disputes: You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or a competent court in the applicable jurisdiction, unless local law provides otherwise. Class actions and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in Services or law. We will post the updated version and adjust the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
